When I was reading the article ‘Who is the fittest actress in Tamil Cinema – Anushka or Trisha?’ that triggered in me a thought as to what diet actresses take regularly to keep them fit. A famous Tamil magazine portal has recently published the diet of six popular and sexy actresses that was exactly answering my thought (food for thought?).
Trisha: This Scintillating Slender’s breakfast is bread and omelette (only albumen i.e. white part of egg and no yolk). She eats two chapattis and some white rice for lunch and chapattis with chilly chicken (without oil) for supper. She forgets diet and becomes wild eater when attending parties. If shooting is cancelled, no breakfast as she wakes up only for lunch.
Reema Sen: This Sultry Siren eats sandwich plus omelette for breakfast, white rice, half-boiled vegetables & mutton chukka for lunch and pizza & tandoori chicken for supper. She secretly escapes from the shooting spots quite often for smoking!
Shreya: This Size Zero Babe eats unlimited dosas in the morning, only chapattis for lunch and bread, omelette & chicken for supper. She loves burger and juice. She consumes pomegranate juice regularly. When she puts some weight, she reverts to her diet.
Asin: This talented Mollywood Beauty consumes cereal (oats) for breakfast, mutton briyani for lunch and some chapattis and more fish items for supper. It is said that seafood is the secret of her beauty!
Tamannah: This Milky White Beauty, Tantalizing Temptress eats sandwich plus omelette for breakfast, white rice with chicken gravy for lunch and chapattis & white part of egg (albumen) for supper. She consumes vegetable soup once an hour. That’s all.
