When I was reading the article ‘Who is the fittest actress in Tamil Cinema – Anushka or Trisha?’ that triggered in me a thought as to what diet actresses take regularly to keep them fit. A famous Tamil magazine portal has recently published the diet of six popular and sexy actresses that was exactly answering my thought (food for thought?).
Anushka: This Six Feet Alcohol formerly weighed 108 Kgs. but she reduced her weight to 80 Kgs. after becoming Yoga instructor. She eats Idly & Dosa for breakfast, all items in Non-Veg. for lunch and half-a-dozen Chapattis for supper! She keeps on drinking mineral water throughout the day. News says Anushka’s food expense per day was more than 3000/- during the shooting of ‘Singam’.Trisha: This Scintillating Slender’s breakfast is bread and omelette (only albumen i.e. white part of egg and no yolk). She eats two chapattis and some white rice for lunch and chapattis with chilly chicken (without oil) for supper. She forgets diet and becomes wild eater when attending parties. If shooting is cancelled, no breakfast as she wakes up only for lunch.Reema Sen: This Sultry Siren eats sandwich plus omelette for breakfast, white rice, half-boiled vegetables & mutton chukka for lunch and pizza & tandoori chicken for supper.
