Nayantara converts to Hinduism for marrying Prabhu Deva

It seems the bond between Nayanthara and Prabhu Deva is strengthening further with the decision of Nayanthara to convert to Hinduism! Nayanthara’s original name is Diana Mariam Kurian and she is a Syrian Christian by birth. Come on. Let us see the background behind her decision.

We have already written in this site that Nayanthara and Prabhu Deva have been living together in single house without marrying legally. Initially they kept their affair secretly despite media gossips. Nowadays they are attending public functions together like husband and wife. They first appeared together at the South Scope Calendar launch function. Then they danced together at the felicitation function of TN Chief Minister in Feb 2010. Recently they attended director Siddhique’s daughter marriage.

A couple of days ago, there was news that Kollywood bigwigs negotiated with Prabhu Deva on request of his legal wife Ramlath. But Prabhu Deva replied that he cannot leave Nayanthara as they both have become so intimate to each other. If he leaves her, she would commit suicide. On hearing these words of Prabhu Deva, Nayanthara decided to convert to Hinduism and marry Prabhu Deva to put an end to their illegal affair. But Prabhu Deva has been trying through his parents and family members for compromise settlement with Ramlath. He has decided to marry Nayan only after the amicable settlement of Ramlath issue.

Nayanthara currently has only 3 films in her kitty viz. Boss Engira Bhaskaran(Tamil), Electra(Malayalam) & Super(Kannada). She lost her charming face after the ‘liposuction’ cosmetic surgery she underwent for removing fat. The ayurvedic massage treatment she took for rejuvenating her body did not help her. Producers and directors are hesitating to book her as she lost her charm among audience. So, Nayanthara might have thought it is the right time to settle in life before her partner loses interest in her. But Prabhu Deva is aware that he would be sent to prison if Ramlath goes to court. That’s why he is deferring the marriage plan till Ramlath issue is settled. “Love ceases to be a pleasure, when it ceases to be a secret.”
