The Palakkad Malayalee Actress Sridevika made her debut in Tamil cinema with the demure image opposite Jai Akash in the washout film, 'Ramakrishna' in 2003. Later she acted in two Telugu movies one of which is opposite Dr.Rajasekar in 'Raja Babu'. She got the Malayali portion role in Kannada film 'My Autograph', a remake of director Cheran’s Autograph, under the debut direction of actor Sudeep that was a silver jubilee film. Then she acted in "Anbe Vaa" as heroine with a new hero. She has been studying MBA through correspondence course from Hyderabad University.She has done female lead role in ‘Sarithiram’ opposite Mirugam hero Aathi and ‘Uyir’ and ‘Mirugam’ fame director Saamy is directing the movie while Kalabavan Mani and Rajkiran doing important roles. Sarithiram reveals the history of Tamils’ traditional self-defense art ‘Silambam’ and the braveness and love of silambam fighters. The film is expected to release this month.
