Tamannah is investing in Real Estates!

Milky White Complexion, Made to Order like Structure and Magnificent Looks that is Tamannah! The most recent news about Tamannah revealed that she is not only brilliant in raising earning potentials but also wise in investing too. Yes. Tamannah is investing her income in Real Estates!

Tamannah’s remuneration was only 2 Lakh rupees when she debuted in ‘Kedi’. After the failure of her first two Tamil films ‘Kedi’ & ‘Vyapari’, director Balaji Shakthivel booked her for ‘Kalloori’ paying 5 Lakh rupees. Though ‘Kalloori’ was not a box office hit, it yielded her a good name. News says she was paid only 7 Lakh rupees for ‘Ayan’. After the super-duper hit of ‘Ayan’, she raised her remuneration to 60 Lakhs. After the moderate hit of her two recent releases, ‘Kanden Kadhalai’ and ‘Paiyaa’, Tamannah is demanding 1 Crore rupees per film that too with a condition that the hero must be a leading youth hero.

Tamannah is having handful of films both in Tamil and Telugu because of her ‘Ready for Anything’ strategy and more producers are in queue to book her as she has been branded as the ‘Lucky Actress’. News says Tamannah is investing all her income earned through films and advances that she gets for her future projects in real estate business. She is buying properties in Tamilnadu and Andhra. She is presently negotiating to buy an entire Multistoried Apartment that has 12 Flats in Chennai’s T.Nagar area. She is also negotiating to buy an apartment in Chennai’s Saligramam area and a house in Hyderabad and Mumbai.

Following Trisha and Nayanthara, Tamannah too has been cleverly investing in immovable properties that would definitely yield her high returns in future. She is only 20 years of age! If she goes on buying assets at this speed, with the ‘background support’ she has at present and her ‘Ready for Anything’ strategy, I am sure she would own one or two townships in Tamilnadu and Andhra at the end of her career! U.S. Car manufacturer Henry Ford said “Money is like an arm or a leg — use it or lose it.”
