Bhuvaneswari hot hunt for opportunities

“A burned cat shuns the fireplace” is a famous Tamil proverb. ‘Prostitution Case’ fame Bhuvaneswari’s New Year resolution reminded me the above proverb.

You are all aware that ‘Prostitution Case’ fame Bhuvaneswari recently joined political party ‘Moovendar Munnani Kazhagam’ (MMK) and she has been immediately assigned for the post of the Secretary of MMK’s State Wing for Women. A leading Tamil biweekly in its recent edition wrote that Bhuvaneswari has started her hunt for acting opportunities more severely than ever-before. She is ready to slash her remuneration to any extent if character roles are offered. She strictly advised not to knock her door with Prostitute or Negative roles.

Bhuvaneswari’s latest resolution to get rid of ‘oomph girl’ tag did not surprise me. As I written already in this site, when the police arrested her for prostitution case for the second time, she joined MMK to get a shield against Police and continue her career without problems. Now, she holds a responsible post of a political party also. If she continues to act as oomph girl, she can’t conceal the prefix ‘Prostitution Case fame’ before her name and it will have an adverse effect on her political career too. That’s why Bhuvaneswari might have decided to get rid of ‘oomph girl’ tag that made her survive till now. A proverb warns that, 'You should not bite the hand that feeds you' but maybe ‘you should, if it prevents you from feeding yourself’
